How are the drinks kept cold?
We will need the drinks to be pre chilled prior to our arrival. We have ample refridgeration and ice tubs however we do not have enough time to chill drinks before first service. We highly recommend hiring a cool room, you will 100% save money in the end.
How do we know how much alcohol to buy?
Once you inform us of the guest list and event duration, we will be able to give you an estimate on quantities. We will always monitor the alcohol during the night and potentially recommend topping up if needed either via Jimmy Brings or one of our staff popping to the nearest bottle shop.
Are drinks included in the price?
We are a BYO service. We will serve what you provide. Being able to purchase & customise your own drinks menu will save you a lot of money compared to a standard drinks package at a licence venue. Get creative or keep it simple, you are in control and will know exactly how much you can spend - without anyone putting a mark up on the top.
My venue already includes food and beverage service can I still use the Airstream?
Yes we often have events where people already have catering staff in charge of Food & Beverage, we offer a dry hire rate for these companies Bar Staff to use the Airstream for Service.
Do you need access to power & water?
Yes we will need access to power. Ideally 2 x 10 amp outlets. If water is available that is a plus as we have a commercial glass washer on board that we like to use.
What time will you arrive at our event?
We will arrive at least 1 1/2 hours prior to your bar service start time. If you need us there earlier for styling this can be arranged.
